The 2024 Great New York State Fair kicked off in Syracuse, New York, on Aug. 21 and will continue until Labor Day on Sept. 2.
Established in 1841, the Great New York State Fair highlights the finest in New York agriculture, offers top-notch entertainment, and plays a vital role in the state’s CNY Rising initiative to boost the Central New York economy through tourism. As the oldest fair in the United States, it consistently ranks among the top five state fairs in the nation.
