During a recent break-in, NBA guard Talen Horton-Tucker’s Los Angeles home was targeted by thieves who stole $170,000 worth of jewelry, as reported by TMZ.
The incident occurred while Horton-Tucker was away from his property, and it was a house sitter who alerted the authorities upon discovering the burglary.
An investigation is underway, but the suspects are still at large.
Security camera footage captured part of the break-in, showing the thief entering the property by jumping over the back fence and leaving through one of the side yards.
This incident marks the second break-in involving an NBA player in the Los Angeles area this month, following the burglary at former player Patrick Patterson’s home earlier in the month.
Similar to Horton-Tucker’s case, the burglary at Patterson’s property was caught on video, with two masked men entering the premises while no one was home.
Authorities are actively investigating both incidents, as reported by TMZ.
