49ers receiver Ricky Pearsall was discharged from the hospital on Sunday, a day after he was shot in the chest during an attempted robbery in San Francisco, the team confirmed.
Pearsall was reportedly shot by a 17-year-old who tried to steal his Rolex watch. His mother, Erin Pearsall, shared on Facebook that the bullet went through his back but luckily missed any vital organs.
