Georgia Cornerback Daniel Harris Arrested for Reckless Driving
Georgia cornerback Daniel Harris is the latest Bulldog football player to get arrested while behind the wheel. The sophomore defensive back was arrested and charged with reckless driving after allegedly going 106 miles per hour — 41 over the speed limit — on a wet road on Thursday night, according to an Athens-Clarke County Police Department incident report viewed by The Post.
Harris was hit with five misdemeanor driving-related charges. He was booked into the Clarke County Jail at approximately 10:40 p.m. and let go at 11:49 p.m. on a $50 bond. According to multiple reports, Harris was speeding at around 8 p.m. on Georgia State’s Route 10 at the College Station Road entrance ramp while riding a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
