Exploring Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s views on science, vaccines, and health. Asking important questions.
President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. This department oversees crucial health-related federal agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, and Centers for Disease Control. Trump stated on X that “Americans have suffered from deception and misinformation by the industrial food complex and drug companies for too long. Kennedy aims to restore these agencies to uphold Gold Standard Scientific Research and transparency to combat the Chronic Disease epidemic.”
Kennedy’s proposed actions include removing fluoride from tap water, easing restrictions on psychedelics, raw milk, and ivermectin, as well as scrutinizing food additives and demanding higher standards from vaccine and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Will his agenda truly Make America Healthy Again?
Our guest this week, Vinay Prasad, a hematologist-oncologist and Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco, will help us analyze RFK Jr.’s agenda, highlighting the positives, negatives, and uncertainties. Prasad is a renowned author on drug and medical policies and shares his insights on his Substack, Vinay Prasad’s Observations and Thoughts.
