Adrian Peterson Faces Legal Issues Over Child Support
Former NFL MVP Adrian Peterson is facing legal troubles once again as warrants have been issued for his arrest in two different child support cases. The warrants were issued in Fort Bend County, Texas, but the sheriff’s department has not confirmed the information.
According to his publicist, Denise White, the current legal case is due to a misunderstanding regarding Adrian’s court appearances related to child support. He is actively working with his legal team to resolve the matter quickly and move forward positively.
Despite earning over $100 million in his career, Peterson has also faced issues with bank loans. Court records show that he has not paid back significant amounts he owes to creditors.
In the past, Peterson has been involved in legal troubles, including missing most of the 2014 season due to charges of reckless or negligent injury to a child. He also faced arrest in 2022 after an incident with his wife on a plane, though charges were later dropped.
Despite these challenges, Peterson had a successful NFL career, rushing for nearly 15,000 yards and leading the league in rushing three times. He holds various records, including the most rushing yards in a single game.
