Filliti said. “President Trump has a loyal base that is willing to contribute to his cause, even if he cannot hold large rallies at the moment.”
In the coming weeks, President Trump plans to continue his strategic neighborhood visits, daily press conferences, and hosting of foreign dignitaries. Additionally, he will focus on key battleground states crucial to his reelection strategy. Despite the challenges he faces, President Trump remains determined to campaign actively and engage with his supporters as he fights the legal battles ahead.
Filitti informed The Epoch Times that much of the funding for campaigns comes from large donors and is channeled through political action committees. President Trump can continue to meet with these donors while in New York, giving him an advantage in fundraising. On the other hand, this travel disadvantage affects both candidates. Mr. Filitti noted that Biden, due to his age and circumstances, is also unable to campaign in person effectively.
The trial is expected to last six to eight weeks, as stated in a media advisory from the New York State Unified Court System.
