A mother in Los Angeles is demanding answers after a disturbing video surfaced showing a preschool employee violently handling her 4-year-old son at Kinder Kids Christian Preschool in central LA on March 14.
BrieAnn Battle, the mother, expressed her distress upon seeing the surveillance video of her son being grabbed by the arms, pinned down, and then carried upside down by the employee at the preschool.
According to Battle, she confronted the owner of the preschool after being shown the video by another worker. She hoped to have a serious conversation to understand what happened, but she was met with denial and a different video that did not show the violent handling of her son.
Feeling that the owner was avoiding accountability, Battle filed a police report accusing the daycare of child abuse and has since hired a lawyer to pursue legal action.
The preschool has stated that the employee involved in the incident has resigned, but Battle is determined to seek justice for her son and ensure that such behavior does not happen to any other child at the daycare.
She insists that the owner’s license should be revoked and that she should face consequences for her actions.
