Quentin Fulks, principal deputy campaign manager, criticized Trump’s lack of presence in battleground states and highlighted Biden and Harris’s efforts to engage with voters directly. Despite rising approval ratings for Trump in swing states, Fulks emphasized the need for a united effort to defeat Trump in the upcoming election.
