Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) expressed his displeasure with Sen. Dick Durbin’s (D-Ill.) remarks during a Senate Committee hearing on DACA policy. Sen. Cornyn accused Sen. Durbin of lying when suggesting that he was unwilling to negotiate on immigration policies or support immigration bills. Sen. Cornyn stated that Sen. Durbin’s claims were false and that he is open to discussing and supporting immigration legislation.
