Casey Anthony, known as the “Tot mom,” has been involved in an affair with a married man with two children since January. She upended his 20-year marriage to be with him, as revealed by The Post.
The 38-year-old Anthony has been dating 48-year-old Tyson Ray Rhodes since the beginning of the year.
The couple met at a gym in south Florida where they both worked out.
They initially connected in a group text with other gym members but eventually started conversing privately, according to sources.
Anthony, infamous for being accused and acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, has since moved from Florida to Tennessee to be with Rhodes.
Rhodes has two sons who are now young adults.
The couple was seen together outside Anthony’s luxury apartment complex.
Rhodes was seen carrying golf clubs.
After going inside, they emerged dressed in workout attire.
They got into Rhodes’ black Dodge Ram pickup truck and headed to Crunch Gym for a workout.
“She doesn’t care if he’s married or not,” a friend of Anthony’s told The Post.
“That’s his business. All she knows is that he makes her feel good, and she likes that. She was willing to follow him to Tennessee; she sees a future with him.”
“I asked her about it,” the friend continued.
“I was like, ‘Casey, a married guy?’ and she just laughed and said, ‘Oh shut up, I’m living the life I want.’”
Rhodes, an engineer for an aerospace company, has been married for 22 years.
He and his wife, Sandy, relocated from South Florida to Tennessee at the start of the year.
Shortly after the move, Rhodes shocked his wife by expressing his desire for a divorce.
Although he hasn’t filed for divorce yet, family sources told The Post that she was taken aback by the news.
Days later, when his wife went to visit her family in Florida, Anthony seized the opportunity to be with her married lover in Tennessee.
On Jan. 26, Rhodes and Anthony were seen at a local restaurant and bar.
They appeared happy as they dined with two other couples.
“They were holding hands and kissing, and he even touched her butt,” an onlooker remarked.
“She got up to order a drink, and they noticed people were staring. He said to her, ‘Bring that innocent ass over here.’ He didn’t care.”
Anthony, who worked remotely as a researcher for a private investigator, decided to move to an apartment near Rhodes.
His truck has been frequently seen parked next to her Mini Cooper.
A family member told The Post that Rhodes finds Anthony’s aura “intoxicating” and is very attracted to her.
Rhodes did not respond to The Post’s request for comment.
It has been over 15 years since Anthony first gained public attention following the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008.
The little girl was missing for more than a month before Casey’s mother, Cindy, reported the disappearance to 911.
During the search for the missing toddler, Casey Anthony was arrested after being caught lying multiple times, including claiming that Caylee had been abducted by a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.
It was later discovered that Anthony had spent the previous month partying with friends instead of searching for her missing daughter.
Six months later, Caylee’s remains were found near the Anthony family home.
Although the cause of death could not be determined, Casey was charged with first-degree murder.
Anthony’s 2011 murder trial was highly publicized.
An estimated 40 million Americans watched at least part of the trial, and nearly 100 million people worldwide watched the verdict.
The prosecution argued that Anthony, just 21 at the time, killed her daughter so she could party with friends and engage in sexual activities with her boyfriend.
The defense claimed that Anthony was a loving mother and that Caylee had drowned in the family pool.
Ultimately, Anthony was famously acquitted of murder charges.
She was convicted of four counts of lying to law enforcement officers and released from prison in July 2011.
She immediately went into hiding.
Throughout the years, Anthony has had an active love life and has been seen with various romantic partners in South Florida.
She has been seen with different men on several occasions.
However, friends of Anthony note that her relationship with Rhodes is unique.
“She sees potential in him,” said the friend.
“She wants to see where this goes.”
