Cops discovered a newborn baby girl inside an abandoned tote bag outside a Bronx apartment building on a cold Sunday morning.
Officers were alerted to a crying baby around 6 a.m. outside 1102 Reverend James Polite Ave., according to police and law-enforcement sources cited by The Post.
