A Disturbing Video Reveals the Face of the Killer Who Stabbed Postal Worker in Harlem Deli
A chilling new video has emerged showing the face of the knife-wielding individual who brutally stabbed postal worker Ray Hodges to death in a Harlem deli. The culprit, identified as troubled transgender woman Jaia Cruz, is seen in a nine-second video rolling her eyes and smiling seductively while explicit lyrics play in the background.
It is uncertain if the individual who posted the video on X under the username @ImMeme0 is connected to Cruz, who is now facing murder charges for the killing of Hodges.
Following the tragic incident, two members of Hodges’ family declined to comment, only stating that they are struggling to cope with the loss.
Hodges, a 36-year-old USPS worker and father of two, was attacked by Cruz at Joe’s Deli Grocery on Lenox Ave. The altercation escalated, leading Cruz to spit in Hodges’ face and fatally wound him in the stomach.
Prior to the tragic incident, Cruz had a history of arrests, including a violent altercation in July 2020 where she brandished a box cutter and threatened harm to an individual in Midtown West. She was also involved in a robbery at knifepoint just two weeks later.
