New Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem participated in the first deportation raids on illegal immigrants in New York City alongside federal authorities. The raids targeted a “criminal alien with kidnapping, assault and burglary charges,” with Noem wearing a protective ICE vest and joining officers from various federal agencies in the Bronx.
