A man was arrested at an Arby’s drive-thru in South Jordan after getting upset with his order and assaulting a teenage employee, Utah police reported.
Salvador Anthony Espericueta, 51, confronted the fast-food worker after becoming angry with his order around 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, according to the South Jordan Police Department.
The man asked the employee, described as a juvenile, if he was “man enough to have a conversation” before pushing him against the wall and door of the restaurant, court documents revealed.
Espericueta then grabbed the victim by the neck before fleeing the scene in his car.
Espericueta was arrested at his home and admitted to making a mistake at the Arby’s drive-thru, located about 15 miles south of Salt Lake City, according to police.
