How I Reversed my Osteoporosis and improved my Bone Density without Bisphosphonates
I rarely discuss my personal health journey, but the issue of bone density is very important to me. A year ago, at age 61, I decided to get my first DEXA scan. Despite my healthy lifestyle, exercise routine, and nutrition habits, I was shocked to discover that I already had Osteoporosis. If I had waited until age 65 for my DEXA scan, my bone density would have been even worse, possibly leading me to take Bisphosphonates like Boniva or Prolia.
Instead, I gave myself a year to focus on improving my regimen. The great news is that I am no longer in Osteoporosis, but now in the Osteopenia Zone!

- Avoiding Seed Oils – I eliminated seed oils from my diet to reduce inflammation and improve overall health.
