You can understand the farm’s mission through the statement on their website:
“There is no denying that the food system in America is declining year after year—with increasing levels of pesticides, chemicals, and unhealthy ingredients. This is unacceptable to us—as it shouldn’t be this hard to source food that supports your health.”
The main issue at hand is the demand for raw milk, which has seen a surge in popularity. Many farms selling raw milk are constantly sold out, with lines forming daily of eager consumers. Interestingly, the perception of raw milk has shifted from being associated with countercultural leftists to being labeled as right-wing, according to a recent article in the New York Times.
While I can’t speak to the scientific aspects, I’m skeptical of taking the CDC’s word as gospel. Raw milk enthusiasts argue for its superior taste and health benefits, emphasizing its historical consumption practices.
Interestingly, raw milk is now being portrayed as a right-wing product, despite its historical association with naturalists and alternative lifestyle advocates. This shift in perception raises questions about the motives behind such labeling.
The involvement of regulatory agencies and industry lobbyists in targeting independent farmers and raw milk producers reveals a concerning trend. Thomas Jefferson’s vision of protecting farmers and commercial exchange seems distant in today’s landscape.
The recent NYT article demonizing raw milk suggests a larger agenda at play, signaling potential future attacks on alternative practices. This aligns with a broader trend of purging non-conformist elements from various aspects of American life.
As we navigate these changing dynamics, it’s essential to question the motivations behind such attacks and safeguard our traditions of independent farming and consumer choice.
All states ultimately reach a point where survival becomes the top priority. They often resort to dividing the population against each other in order to consolidate state power.
This approach has historically led to disastrous outcomes, as seen in Germany during the mid-20th century. Despite efforts to eradicate this dark mentality, it continues to resurface. The Biden administration, in particular, has been employing divisive tactics, such as mask and vaccine mandates, to reward compliance and punish dissent.
This oppressive mindset has seeped into various aspects of our lives, including something as seemingly trivial as the milk we consume. The lack of choice in this matter underscores the importance of supporting independent farmers who uphold the principles of ownership and consumer rights – fundamental aspects of American identity.
Could it be said that every sip of raw milk represents a toast to freedom? Perhaps so.
