The Man Behind the Stabbing Spree in Massachusetts
Jared Ravizza, 26, has been identified as the suspect behind a stabbing spree that left six individuals, including three children, injured in Massachusetts. Ravizza claimed to have various identities, including that of a male model and a CEO.
During interviews, Ravizza boasted about his skills as a professional skier, model, philanthropist, and the founder of Ravizza Group, a marketing company. Despite these claims, there is little evidence to support his assertions, with his media management website showcasing more of his personal selfies than actual work completed by the company.
One profile described him as an international “serial entrepreneur and media mogul” who had a passion for bringing out the best in others. However, recent events have painted a different picture of Ravizza.
The Stabbing Incidents
Ravizza allegedly carried out the stabbing spree at a Braintree movie theater, targeting four young girls aged between 9 and 17, as well as two McDonald’s employees in Plymouth. The attacks were followed by a police chase that ended in a crash and Ravizza’s subsequent arrest.
Fortunately, all the victims received medical treatment for their injuries, which were not life-threatening. Moreover, Ravizza is also under investigation for a murder case in Connecticut, where a body was found in Deep River.
A Troubled Past
Ravizza’s recent social media posts have shown a change in appearance, with a more feminine look and a new name, Jared Love Jones. His father, Jason Ravizza, a licensed mental health counselor, has also been associated with a religion-based book.
Neighbors of the Ravizza family home in Agawam, Massachusetts, revealed that Jared and Jason abruptly left town two years ago, leaving behind Jason’s wife, Kim. In April, Jared was arrested on Martha’s Vineyard for assault and battery on a family member, shedding light on his troubled history.
Legal Proceedings
Jared is currently facing charges of assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for the recent attacks. His arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday, where he will have the opportunity to enter a plea.
Despite his claims of being a model and entrepreneur, Jared Ravizza’s actions have brought to light a darker side, leaving a trail of violence and suspicion in his wake.
