Family Pleads with Loan Sharks to Stop Tormenting Them After Son’s Tragic Death
A family from Kepong, Malaysia is going through a nightmare as they face harassment from loan sharks over their late son’s debt of only $300. The distressing situation escalated when a loan shark was captured on camera approaching the family’s home, leaving a note, and then throwing a Molotov cocktail at the building before walking away.
The family revealed that their son, He Wen Jie, had informed them about the debt in December 2024 while he was working in Singapore. Following this revelation, the family started receiving threatening calls from loan sharks demanding payment and even making ominous claims about their son’s fate.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their son, the family was unable to contact him. It was only when they received news from a Malaysian funeral home that they learned of their son’s tragic death. He had reportedly jumped off a building and succumbed to his injuries in a hospital.
