The earthquake occurred at 2:47 a.m. local time, approximately 2 miles northwest of Aromas, with a depth of 7.4 kilometers, according to the science agency’s website and social media post.
Fortunately, there have been no immediate reports of injuries or significant property damage, as per local media sources.
Aromas, the epicenter of the earthquake, is located about 94 miles south of San Francisco.
