The Supreme Court declined to hear former Trump attorney Michael Cohen’s case alleging retaliation by his ex-boss on Oct. 21.
Cohen contended that two lower courts erred in dismissing his claim that former President Donald Trump violated his rights by terminating his prison furlough during the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the time, he was in the process of writing a book critical of the former president.
