A New Jersey Attorney and Miami Yacht Club Owner Surrenders to Police After Assault Allegations
Michael Lupolover, 43, turned himself in to police after being wanted for allegedly assaulting a man inside a nightclub on New Year’s Day at Queen Miami Beach. According to a report from Local 10, Lupolover confronted the man, telling him he didn’t belong there and later instigating a fight that resulted in the victim sustaining a laceration above his right eye from being struck with a glass cup.
After the altercation, Lupolover fled the scene but later surrendered to the Miami Beach Police Department and is now facing an aggravated battery charge. Despite this, he refused to speak with investigators at the hearing where he was ordered to be held on a $5,000 bond and to stay away from the victim.
Lupolover is the founder of the Lupo Yacht Club in Miami, known for its exclusive membership that provides access to luxury yachts for a monthly fee starting at $5,000. The club boasts a fleet of vessels, including two 70’ Azimut Flybridges equipped with jet skis, and a six-person cruising boat named Lupo Jr.
In addition to his yacht club venture, Lupolover also runs a law firm in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, specializing in personal and business debt relief. He is a licensed attorney in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, DC, as indicated on his LinkedIn profile.
