Six individuals were attacked on a Sunday morning in southern Brooklyn, resulting in each of them being taken to the hospital, according to law enforcement.
Authorities responded to a residence on Fane Court, a small one-way street in the Gerritsen Beach neighborhood, around 6:20 a.m. following reports of multiple individuals being injured by one or more attackers wielding blades.
Upon arrival, they discovered six victims, including a 30-year-old woman with a facial laceration, a 16-year-old girl with an arm laceration, a 39-year-old woman with a hand cut, a 27-year-old man with facial cuts, a 30-year-old man with neck and wrist wounds, and an 18-year-old man with a hand laceration, as per police reports.
They were taken to various local hospitals for medical attention, according to authorities.
Authorities have not disclosed a motive for the attack and no arrests have been made yet.
It remains unclear if a suspect has been identified at this time.
