Reynolds and his younger brother both expressed concerns about the lack of security guards in the area where the gunman was later identified. Reynolds questioned why the building was not completely locked down and why there were not snipers on every roof. The House Oversight Committee has requested the head of the U.S. Secret Service to testify at a hearing regarding the assassination attempt on July 22.
