Sean “Diddy” Combs once referred to Kristina Khorram, his Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises, as his “right hand,” but a source close to the federal sex trafficking investigation believes she played a more manipulative role in his operations.
The source added to The Post, “If anybody is gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything.”
The three-count federal indictment charging Combs with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution flagged “high ranking supervisors” allegedly involved in the crimes. Combs has pleaded not guilty but remains in custody after a $50 million bail bid was rejected. Khorram, on the other hand, has not faced any charges.
The indictment alleges that Combs utilized certain employees, including high-ranking supervisors, to carry out and cover up his illicit activities, although no employees were named in the documents.
The supervisors were allegedly involved in organizing sexual performances known as “Freak Offs,” which included sex workers and preparing hotel rooms in advance with necessary supplies like controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, linens, and lighting.
During raids at Diddy’s properties, federal agents seized narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant earlier this year.
The source mentioned, “[The Feds] have gotten evidence from a lot of sources – recordings, text messages – names, texts from Kristina Khorram.”
Khorram did not respond to The Post’s request for comment. In a separate lawsuit filed by Lil Rod in February, Khorram was accused of ordering sex workers and prostitutes for Combs.
In the lawsuit, Lil Rod also alleged that Khorram required domestic employees to carry drugs for Combs, enabling his substance abuse habits.
Khorram, according to Lil Rod’s suit, also “knowingly and intentionally participated in, perpetrated, assisted, supported, facilitated a sex-trafficking Venture.”
As Chief of Staff, Khorram was allegedly instrumental in organizing and executing the activities of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act enterprise that Diddy was allegedly running.
According to Lil Rod’s suit, Khorram had another employee, Stevie J, recruit sex workers to participate in the “freak offs.”
Lil Rod’s lawsuit is ongoing, but Diddy’s lawyers have requested its dismissal, calling the claims pure fiction.
“Mr. Jones’ lawsuit is pure fiction—a shameless attempt to create media hype and extract a quick settlement … Mr. Jones was not threatened, groomed, assaulted, or trafficked. We look forward to proving – in a court of law – that all of Mr. Jones’s claims are made-up and must be dismissed,” attorney Erica Wolff told USA Today in August about the suit.
Khorram joined Bad Boy Entertainment as a senior executive in 2013 and became a manager for Diddy, the “director, office of the chairman” of Combs Enterprises, according to her now-deleted LinkedIn profile. She was appointed Chief of Staff in 2020.
“Kristina might be cooperative,” the source said, referring to the federal case against Diddy. “At least if she’s smart she will be.”
