The impact of Falun Gong, with its peace and resilience in facing the CCP’s evil, is being felt worldwide. On World Falun Dafa Day, we reflect on the journey of Falun Gong adherents since its introduction in 1992. Despite the persecution by the CCP since 1999, Falun Gong practitioners have shown courage and perseverance in their fight against injustice.
Falun Gong’s principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance have spread globally, inspiring trust and admiration in many. This faith community’s moral values and peaceful resistance to oppression have made them a beacon of hope in a world plagued by tyranny and fear. The influence of Falun Gong transcends borders, uniting people from diverse backgrounds in a shared pursuit of a brighter future.
The CCP’s atheistic ideology and oppressive tactics stem from a fear of losing control over the minds and hearts of its people. By eradicating religions and persecuting spiritual beliefs, the CCP seeks to maintain its grip on power. However, the resilience of Falun Gong practitioners in the face of adversity serves as a powerful reminder of the enduring power of faith and morality in the face of tyranny.
The CCP’s relentless pursuit of eradicating religion has caused a moral decay in Chinese society. According to Ms. Guo, “The CCP acts as a cult seeking to control not just people’s actions but their thoughts as well. The Party governs through fear, instilling it deep into the core of individuals over years of conditioning.” This fear is so ingrained that it can bring people to their knees at the mere push of a button.
In contrast, faith in the divine has a positive impact on individuals, helping uphold ethical standards. Ms. Guo explains, “Belief in a higher power, abstinence from wrongdoing, and performing good deeds can lead to a positive afterlife, easing the fear of death.”
Ms. Guo argues that the atheistic and materialistic approach of the Communist Party fails to address the fear of death and allows for moral transgressions. For instance, some are driven by the fear of death to resort to harvesting organs from living individuals to prolong their own lives.
She highlights the positive influence of Falun Gong since its introduction in 1992, benefiting many Chinese citizens physically and mentally, and instilling a strong moral code. This, she believes, poses a threat to the CCP’s rule as it undermines the Party’s control over the populace.
