Toronto police are seeking suspects following a second shooting incident at a Jewish elementary school in the early hours of Oct. 12.
The shooting occurred around 4 a.m. on Oct. 12, with no reported injuries. Evidence of gunfire was found at the scene, as mentioned in the social media post by investigators.
Authorities have urged anyone with information to come forward as this marks the second targeted incident at the school.
During the previous incident, suspects in a dark-colored vehicle arrived at the school, fired shots, causing damage to the front of the building before fleeing the scene, as reported by the police.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau expressed distress over the Oct. 12 shooting, extending his thoughts to the school’s students, staff, and parents.
He highlighted the significance of Yom Kippur, denouncing the rise in antisemitism and recalling the previous year’s terrorist attacks by Hamas.
Poilievre affirmed, âI will ban the terrorists, secure our borders, lock up criminals and bring home safety for all.â
