Scott Nathan, the CEO of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), is set to testify before the House Foreign Affairs Committee at 2:00 p.m. ET on May 7. The hearing will focus on reviewing the DFC’s efforts to out-compete China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
